The Factory at Franklin

The Factory, which opened in 1929, is located in the former Dortch Stove Works, Magic Chef, and later the Jamison Bedding Company buildings.

The Factory, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, is steeped in history, and a careful renovation has preserved many of the original features and architectural details. The Factory at Franklin now has 83 tenants.

Visit their website for current concerts, dining, shopping, meetings, live theater, art galleries, decorators' showcases, antiques, and offices. All of this and more is possible in a one-of-a-kind facility.
