Craig and Lisa Dudinetz started The Candied Rib Company in 2017 catering and delivering boxed lunches to businesses in Mount Juliet.

We try to locally source as much as we can from Local Farms and Small Businesses in the area and have evolved from Great Barbecue With a Twist, to Anything BUT Traditional meals, Healthy Foods, Nitrate Free Smoked Meats, and a Mostly Gluten-Free Menu with Vegetarian options as well.
